Ivan Beltran is currently the Area Operations Manager, DOT and Safety Coordinator for 3N Oilfield Services. Residing in Odessa, TX with a family of 4, he spend most of his time on the Baseball field, Camping and enjoys family barbeques. Ivan is known for his upbeat personality, is greatly self-motivated always a team player and possesses excellent communication skills. For the past several years, Ivan has worked in DOT, Safety and Customer Service in the Oil industry. Ivan currently helps in the operations side of 3N with signing on owners and operators as well as drivers to our constantly expanding truck fleet. Ivan’s experience includes DOT readiness, recruitment, and training. Ivan is very grateful to be a part of the 3N team and looking forward to serving West Texas for many more years to come.
