Get to Know the 3N Family

Santiago is the son of Mexican immigrants. His mother is a medical doctor and his father relocated the family to West Texas during the 1980’s oil boom. At the time of relocation, his father was a floor hand in the oil industry. When the 80’s boom went to bust, his family still laid roots in the area and became part of the West Texas community. As a young man, Santiago married and followed his mother’s footsteps and pursued a career in the medical field. He enrolled at Odessa college where he graduated as the top clinical student in the Radiologic Technology program. He then pursued his national registry in Nuclear Medicine which he completed in 2003. As a Nuclear Medicine technologist, Santiago showed his leadership and managerial skills as he became the supervisor of the Nuclear Medicine department at Midland Memorial Hospital. During his growth in the medical field he also launched a personal web based company that specialized in marketing needs for companies as well as screen printing and embroidery. He successfully ran this company and maintained his current full time job in the medical field for 10yrs. Santiago is our sales and marketing manager at 3N oilfield services.
